The launcher installs YUMA, keeps it up to date with small patches and signs you in. It installs itself for your user, no admin rights needed.

Create an account
Free, with your e-mail address. Confirm the mail and you are in.
Install the launcher
Run YUMA-Setup.exe. It adds a Start menu entry and opens.
Sign in and play
The launcher downloads the game, and from then on only what changed.

Questions
Is YUMA free? Creating an account is free. Access to the closed tests is granted step by step; your account page shows what you can play.
How big are updates? The launcher only downloads the parts of the game that changed - usually a small fraction of the full size.
Is there a Linux or Mac version? Not yet for players. Dedicated servers will run on Linux.
Where are my saved worlds? In %LOCALAPPDATA%\Yuma\Saved on your PC. Uninstalling the game keeps them.
